BUILDING ADMIN LEAD MAN – 2 No’s

Salary – SR 5000 + 500 /-

Bachelor’s degree in Facilities Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
Supervise and coordinate the maintenance, cleaning, and security of the building
Ensure the facility is fully operational and meets regulatory and organizational standards
Monitor building systems (e.g., HVAC, elevators, electrical) and schedule preventive maintenance

STORE KEEPER - 2 No’s

Salary – SR 2500 + 300 /-

High school diploma or equivalent; additional certifications in inventory management or logistics are a plus
Experience in industries such as Facilities Management or construction is preferred.
Proficiency in inventory management software (e.g., SAP, Oracle, or other ERP systems).

MULTISKILLED TECHNICIAN – 2 No’s

Salary – SR 2000 + 300/-

Diploma /ITI in relevant field
Should have experience in the installation and maintenance of HVAC, plumbing, carpentry, welding, electronics, and fire protection, with expertise in repair and operation

Min 5 -8 Years’ Experience required (Gulf Exp preferred)

ECNR /ECR both can apply
