Must hold a Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Civil Engineering, or Instrumentation Engineering
- Should have a minimum of eight (8) years of experience in utility pipeline installation, construction, or engineering maintenance in an industrial facility. 
- Out of this,  (3) years must have been in a role related to quality control and safety.
