Job Description

QHSE Engineer / QHSE Officer

3500 to 5000 AED + Food, Accommodation

Educational Qualification:

* Bachelor’s degree in engineering, preferably in mechanical, Electrical, or civil with

* Nebosh Certification is mandatory

• 3-5 Years of experience

Skills:

Excellent planning and organizing skills
Sound leadership skill to handle team of quality and HSE Personal
Establishing training need analysis and Ability to conduct trainings and train the trainer
Sound Knowledge in Energy & transportation operations
Proficient computer skills and other smart technology
Good interpersonal skill and conflict handling skills
Innovative and continual improvement mindset.

* Implement and improve QHSE systems in line with ISO standards and regulations.

* Conduct GAP analysis, internal audits, and suggest improvements for UAE operations.

* Develop and execute mentor programs for new and promoted employees.

* Ensure compliance with UAE health, safety, and labor laws.

* Prepare QHSE documentation and conduct inspections as per company programs.

* Investigate incidents, communicate reports, and issue alerts.

* Follow up on corrective actions and conduct risk assessments.

* Prepare monthly dashboards, SOPs, and client-specific QHSE plans.

* Ensure emergency response plans are maintained and submit regular progress reports.

* Prepare and communicate QHSE Alert, QHSE Flash and QHSE Bulletin through communication channels.
