Job Description:

Globus is seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Computer Hardware and Mobile Phone Technician to join our team.

Technical Skills

Hardware Troubleshooting & Repair
- Diagnosis and repair of desktops, laptops, and mobile phone hardware.
- Replacement of faulty components like motherboards, RAM, hard drives, screens, batteries, etc.
Software Installation & Configuration
- Operating system installation (Windows, Linux, Android, iOS).
- Software troubleshooting, virus removal, system updates, flashing firmware, etc.
Networking Basics
- Understanding of LAN/WAN, Wi-Fi setup, basic router configuration.
Mobile Phone Repair
- Screen replacement, battery issues, charging port repairs.
- Flashing, unlocking, IMEI repair, and software restoration.
Soldering and Micro-Soldering
- Especially important for advanced repairs like motherboard issues or tiny component replacements.

Educational Requirements

Diploma or Degree certification in electronics, computer hardware, or related field.

Certifications (Optional but adds value)

CompTIA A+ (for general hardware/software)
Mobile repairing course certification (from recognized training institute)
Vendor-specific certifications (Apple, Hp, Samsung, Dell, etc.)

Other Requirements

Problem-solving skills
Attention to detail
Good communication skills
Customer service orientation
Ability to follow technical manuals and diagrams

Experience

Entry-level roles may require 2–3 year of experience.
Mid-level and senior positions may expect 3+ / 5+ years with hands-on repair work.
