Job title : Mechanical Engineer
Experience : 8-15 yrs
Qualifications : Bachelor Degree in Mechanical Engineering

Preferred Skills : minimum of 8-15 years in Refinery, NGLF or Petrochemical industry specifically in asset integrity of stationary equipment, with at least 5-10 years field experience working in plants major turnarounds and field troubleshooting.
Must have a thorough knowledge of best engineering practices, solid industry codes and standards background (ASME, API, NACE, ASTM, ISO) and use of engineering software. ASME, API-510, API-570, and API-653 valid certification is preferable

Work location : RIYAS NGL FRACTIONATION DEPT
Work schedule : NSMP5

Selection Criteria : Operations with regards to instrumentation, Distributed Control Systems (DCS), Emergency Shutdown (ESD), Virtual Metering System (VMS), and auxiliary control systems. Lead and/or participate in investigation of incidents applying 5 Why’s technique and/or Tap Root and produce investigation reports and coordinate investigation related activities with other disciplines. Prepare engineering design packages for Instrumentation and Control Systems modifications in accordance with company technical standards for modifications and projects for the improvement of plant reliability, availability and to cope up with instrumentation obsolescence. Support operation, maintenance and Turnaround and Inspection (T&I) department for the plant T&I instrumentation related activities.
