Location: Saudi Arabia
Salary: SAR 6,000 – 10,000/month (commensurate with experience)

Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Mechanical Estimation & Design Engineer to join our team in Saudi Arabia. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in mechanical design, CNC machining processes, and cost estimation within a manufacturing environment. You will play a key role in preparing accurate quotations, optimizing product designs, and supporting customer needs from RFQ to order fulfillment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Review RFQs and generate accurate turnkey quotations

• Define machining and fabrication processes (in-house/subcontracted) with detailed cost breakdowns

• Analyze and interpret engineering drawings per customer specifications

• Develop and modify 2D/3D CAD models and technical drawings

• Optimize designs for manufacturability, quality, and cost-effectiveness

• Process purchase orders and create sales orders in ERP systems

• Apply industry best practices in machining and cost planning

• Communicate with clients for technical clarification and provide support

• Propose design enhancements to improve functionality and reduce cost

• Maintain strong client relationships to support business growth

• Manage non-conformance reports (NCRs) and handle customer complaints

• Keep internal documentation, drawings, and databases up to date

• Adhere to Health, Safety, Environmental, and Quality policies

Qualifications & Skills:

• Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Mechanical Engineering

• Minimum 8 years’ experience in mechanical design and estimation (preferably CNC machining)

• Strong knowledge of machining processes and cost estimation

• Proficient in CAD software (SolidWorks, AutoCAD, or similar)

• High attention to detail and ability to meet strict deadlines

• Excellent communication and teamwork skills

• Familiarity with ERP systems and technical documentation
