POSITION :  URGENTLY REQUIRED FOR A LEADING Engineering & Surface Technology

SALARY : 3000 - 4000 AED

REQUIREMENT:

 

Work from detailed drawings, process sheets, tooling instructions, and standard charts to identify

component/manufacturing specifications.

• Grind components to high and tight tolerances

• Grinding small parts • Work with materials to include carbide.

• Compute such data as dimensions, rotation speeds, feed rates, and machining times.

• Use experience to determine the best practice machining methods for each part.

• Use dial indicators, micrometers, and other standard and special precision inspection equipment to set up, adjust and check dimensions.

• Work with supervisors & support teams to resolve problem situations as required.

• Perform work with a variety of grinding wheel specifications.

• May be required to operate multiple machines.

• Rotate between various department work centers as required.

• Use hand tools and manual machines as needed.

• Perform other related duties as assigned.

Responsible for manufacturing components for the automotive, oil and gas and aerospace industry

• Responsible for Cylindrical and Surface Grinding including internal and external grinding.

• Responsible for verifying quality of finished workpieces by inspecting them, comparing them to templates,

measuring their dimensions, or testing them in working machinery.

• Responsible for recording products and processing data on specified forms.

• Responsible for studying blueprints or layouts to determine how to lay out workpieces or saw out templates.

Adhere to HSE rules and regulations as per JAZFA requirement
