Diesel Vehicle Maintenance Supervisor / Senior Mechanic

? Gender: Male
? Age Limit: Below 45 years

? Salary & Benefits:

• Base Salary: SGD 1,200 – 1,500
• Total Income: SGD 2,500+++
• Accommodation: Provided
(Utilities deduction approx. SGD 50 for water & electricity)
• Factory Shuttle Bus: Provided

? Working Hours:

• 44 hours per week
• Overtime paid at 1.5x / 2.0x

? Job Responsibilities:

• Repair and maintain diesel generators, crawler cranes, and electric lorries
• Conduct vehicle inspections and routine servicing
• Lead and supervise the mechanic team
• Plan repair and preventive maintenance schedules
• Assign daily work tasks to mechanics
• Perform quality control on repair works
• Supervise workplace safety compliance
• Handle reporting and maintenance documentation
• Manage spare parts ordering and inventory control
• Ensure all company vehicles are in good working condition
• Communicate effectively with management on maintenance matters

• Relevant hands-on experience in diesel vehicle maintenance
• Hardworking, responsible, and willing to work overtime
• Able to follow company instructions and work arrangements
