JOB REQUIREMENTS / SKILLS:

• Deep fry experience

• Must have experience in preparing various types of South Indian dishes including:

  • Dosas

  • Idlis

  • Sambar

  • Rasam

  • Different chutneys

• Fluency in spoken Tamil and/or Malayalam
