AREA SALES MANAGERS

> Ideal candidate should have:

Bachelor Degree in Marketing or Business Administration or any related field.

5-6 years of experience in a related field -Bakery experience is preferred (KSA experience is much preferred or Indian experience)

Knowledge in retail sale strategies.

Professional knowledge in sales tools, techniques and forecasting.

Salary

SAR 12.5K (if no KSA experience) or SAR-12.5K-15K (if KSA experience is there) + incentives + company car + Annual flight ticket, Family benefits insurance + flight ticket)

Managing sales forecasting activities and setting performance goals accordingly

Meeting with key clients, assisting sales teams with maintaining relationships and negotiating and closing deals

Preparing periodic sales report showing sales volumes, potential sales, and areas of proposed client base expansion

Analyzing and controlling expenditures of Retails Sales in the region to conform to Sales budget requirements

Reducing the customer complaints to maintain the highest level of customer satisfaction

Managing the communication between Sales teams and the ICT department regarding the HHT matters such as updating hand held devices, providing new devices for salespersons, and handling the issues related to HHT database and reports
