We are Hiring  Fabrication Supervisor For Uae 

Food +Accomodation+transport Will be provided by Company.

Mandatory Requirements :
? 3–5 years supervisory experience in sheet metal fabrication.
? Strong expertise in Laser Cutting (must), Press Brake & TIG/MIG/Spot/Laser welding.
? Excellent understanding of drawings, GD&T & job travellers.
? Proven ability to manage blue-collar teams.
? Hindi fluency mandatory.

? Key Responsibilities :
• Supervise cutting, punching, bending & welding operations.
• Ensure quality, accuracy, safety & productivity on the shop floor.
• Manage manpower, scheduling, attendance & overtime.
• Train workers; implement safety, 5S & best practices.
• Resolve bottlenecks, handle materials & maintain machine safety.
