Position Overview

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented custom notebook printing expert to manage and oversee the end-to-end notebook production process. The ideal candidate will have strong technical knowledge of printing technologies, paper types, binding methods, customization techniques, and quality control standards.

Key Responsibilities

Manage custom notebook printing projects from concept to final production.
Consult with clients on material selection, paper quality, cover finishes, binding styles, and customization options.
Operate and oversee digital and offset printing machines.
Ensure accurate color matching, layout alignment, and print quality control.
Coordinate with design and prepress teams to ensure print-ready files meet technical specifications.
Supervise finishing processes, including embossing, debossing, foil stamping, UV coating, lamination, and binding.
