Recruitment Supervisor – Marine / Offshore- Qatar

Salary: 5000 QAR

Duty Hours: 10 hours/day (26 working days/month)
Qualifications & Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or Marine/Maritime Management (preferred)
Strong network and relationships with multiple recruitment agencies
Minimum 7 years of recruitment experience, including at least 3 years in a supervisory role
Prior experience in marine/offshore recruitment is highly preferred
Strong knowledge of seafarer certifications, STCW regulations, and flag state requirements
Familiarity with ATS (Applicant Tracking Systems) and maritime recruitment platforms
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
