? REQUIREMENTS:
?? Experience as Area Chef / Executive Chef / Senior Sous Chef
?? Strong expertise in Asian cuisines (Chinese, Japanese, etc.) ?
?? Experience handling multiple outlets
?? Knowledge of food quality, costing & inventory ?
?? Minimum 2 years experience in Saudi Arabia
?? Age: Maximum 40 years

? KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
?? Oversee multiple kitchen operations
?? Maintain food quality & hygiene standards ?
?? Train and manage kitchen staff ?‍??‍?
?? Control costs and reduce wastage
