  Position & Project Overview
Location: Russian
Employment Type: Full-Time, Long-Term Contract
Contract Duration: 1 Year 

 Working Hours & Schedule
Standard Shift: 8 hours per day
Overtime: 3 hours per day
Total Daily Hours: 11 hours per day
Weekend Shift Requirement: 2 Sundays per month (Mandatory)

  Compensation & Benefits Breakdown
Base Monthly Salary: $858 USD
Sunday Overtime Rate: Double time (2.0x base hourly rate)
Guaranteed Monthly Earnings: $954 USD (Inclusive of base salary and 2 required Sunday shifts)
Additional Allowances: Food, accommodation, and transpotation.
