• Position: Steward Supervisor | Bakery (Commis II) | Cold Kitchen
• Duty: 8 Hours
• Salary:
  • Steward Supervisor – KWD 230 + KWD 20 (Food Allowance)
  • Bakery (Commis II) – KWD 120 + KWD 20 (Food Allowance)
  • Cold Kitchen – KWD 100 + KWD 20 (Food Allowance)
• Experience:
  • Steward Supervisor – Minimum 3 Years (Supervisory Experience Required)
  • Bakery – 2 to 3 Years
  • Cold Kitchen – 1 to 2 Years

Job Description:

• Steward Supervisor: Oversees stewarding team, ensures cleanliness, sanitation, and smooth kitchen operations while maintaining hygiene standards.
• Bakery (Commis II): Assists in preparation and production of bakery items such as bread, pastries, and desserts while maintaining quality and hygiene standards.
• Cold Kitchen: Supports preparation of cold dishes like salads, sandwiches, and appetizers while ensuring proper hygiene and food safety practices.

Requirements:

• Experience in catering / hospitality industry
• Knowledge of hygiene & food safety standards
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Good teamwork and communication skills
• Age limit:
  • Steward Supervisor – Below 40
  • Bakery – Below 30
  • Cold Kitchen – Below 35
