Tension Design Engineer – Post-Tension Slab & Beam Design (10+ Years Experience)

Urgently required for a leading Structural Engineering Company in Bahrain.
- Qualifications: Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Civil/Structural Engineering.
- Experience: Minimum 10 years in post-tension slab and beam design. Gulf/Middle East experience preferred.
- Skills & Knowledge: Strong knowledge of ACI 318, BS 8110, Eurocode 2, TR43, fib guidelines; proficiency in PT software (ADAPT, RAPT, SAFE, RAM Concept); reinforced concrete design and detailing; AutoCAD and structural modeling software; project management and leadership; excellent communication and coordination.
- Responsibilities: Lead structural design of post-tensioned slabs and beams, prepare calculations and design reports, review drawings, optimize designs, supervise junior engineers, coordinate with architects and contractors, conduct structural analysis using software (ETABS, SAFE, ADAPT, RAM Concept), provide site support, ensure compliance with client specifications and codes, manage multiple projects.
- Duty Hours: 8 hours/day; overtime provided.
