Position Overview

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented custom notebook printing expert to manage and oversee the end-to-end notebook production process. The ideal candidate will have strong technical knowledge of printing technologies, paper types, binding methods, customization techniques, and quality control standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage custom notebook printing projects from concept to final production.

• Consult with clients on material selection, paper quality, cover finishes, binding styles, and customization options.

• Operate and oversee digital and offset printing machines.

• Ensure accurate color matching, layout alignment, and print quality control.

• Coordinate with design and prepress teams to ensure print-ready files meet technical specifications.

• Supervise finishing processes, including embossing, debossing, foil stamping, UV coating, lamination, and binding.
