Cuisine Expertise Required:

• Thai Cuisine
• Japanese Cuisine
• Burmese Cuisine
• Chinese Cuisine

Key Responsibilities:

• Set up and establish restaurant kitchen operations
• Train kitchen and restaurant staff
• Provide hands-on support in preparing and cooking dishes
• Maintain food quality standards and recipe consistency
• Assist in menu development and kitchen management

ASSISTANT MANAGERS (WAITING, BARTENDING, BILLING & FRONT OFFICE ALL-ROUNDER FOR RESTAURANT)

Key Responsibilities:

• Hotel Management operations
• Waiting & Guest Service experience
• Bartending Knowledge
• Billing & POS Operations
• Front Office & Restaurant Coordination
• Strong Customer Service Skills
• Good Communication in English
