Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Civil Engineering, Production Engineering, or a related discipline. 5–8 years of experience in portacabin manufacturing, modular construction, prefabricated buildings, or steel fabrication. At least 2–3 years of supervisory experience in a manufacturing environment.
