Minimum 4–5 years of experience in the same field. Strong knowledge of diesel generator control, synchronization, and protection systems. Experience with Cummins or similar OEM generator systems. Hands-on experience with diesel generator control panels, including: PowerCommand Deep Sea Electronics (DSE) ComAp Woodward Experience in synchronizing diesel generators, power distribution, and automatic voltage regulation (AVR). Good knowledge of alternators such as Stamford and Leroy-Somer.
