Vacant Positions:
1. DESIGN & ESTIMATION ENGINEER - 5 years + experience needed.
a) Candidates who are experienced in Fire Fighting and Fire Alarm.
b) Thorough understanding of NFPA, NFPA 72, NFPA 101 and Building Codes.
c) In depth knowledge of Hydraulic Calculation and CAD works
d) Mechanical Engineer preferred.
2. MEP ESTIMATION ENGINEER (Electrical) - 10 years+ Experiences
Key Responsibilities :
Study tender documents, drawings, specifications, and scope of work.
Prepare detailed MEP cost estimates for tenders and budgets.
Perform quantity take-offs for mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems.
Develop rate analysis considering materials, labor, equipment, overheads, and profit.
Prepare and review BOQs, pricing schedules, and tender summaries.
3. FIRE ALARM SPECIALIST
a) In Depth Knowledge of Testing, Commissioning and Maintenance
b) Thorough Understanding of different systems like Notifier, Edwards and Simplex
c) Should be an Electrical Diploma Holder
4. PROJECT ENGINEER
a) Should be excel in Coordination and Execution of Projects
b) Experience in MEP, Fire and Safety system and Electrical.
c) In depth knowledge of System Engineering, Installation, Testing and Commissioning.
