Key Responsibilities:
- Housekeeping Supervisor: Supervises cleaners, waste collection and common areas
- Common Area Cleaner: Primary cleaning coverage
- Waste Handler / Turnover Support: Balance for waste rooms and turnover support
- Hard FM Supervisor: Supervises maintenance execution and reactive calls
- MEP Technician: Electrical, plumbing, and minor MEP maintenance
- HVAC Technician: HVAC complaints handling, preventive maintenance (PPM), and recovery works
- Civil / Multi-Skilled Technician: Balance for civil, doors, finishes, and general repairs
- BMS Operator: BMS monitoring, alarm handling, operator response, and coordination
