Urgent Hiring – Kuwait Site Supervisor – HV Substations (Electrical) Gulf experience Salary & Benefits Salary: Starting from 300 KD (depends on experience) Food: Provided by the company Accommodation: Provided by the company Duty Hours: 8 Hours Weekly Off: 1 Day Employment Visa: 18 Visa. Key Responsibilities Supervise daily electrical installation activities on site. Coordinate manpower, subcontractors, equipment, and materials. Oversee installation of: GIS Switchgear (400kV & 132kV) Power Transformers and Shunt Reactors 11kV Switchgear and Control/Protection Panels Power, Control & Fiber Optic Cables Cable Trays, Earthing Systems, Batteries, Chargers, and Auxiliary Equipment Ensure work is carried out according to approved drawings, method statements, and project specifications. Coordinate with Project Engineers, Client Representatives, OEMs, and Testing Teams. Monitor productivity, quality, and site safety. Prepare daily progress reports and resolve site issues. Support pre-commissioning and testing activities until project completion. Requirements Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering. Minimum 5 years of experience in HV Substation Erection Projects. Kuwait experience (MEW/MEWRE, PAHW, KOC, KNPC, or similar projects) is highly preferred. Strong knowledge of GIS substations, transformers, switchgear, cable installation, and electrical equipment. Ability to read construction drawings and coordinate multiple site activities. Good leadership and communication skills.
