Overview: Lead the Dry Mix Department with focus on R&D strategy, product innovation, and production excellence.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead R&D strategy and product innovation
• Develop new food products from concept to commercialization
• Improve production processes and packaging
• Conduct sensory evaluations and shelf-life studies
• Coordinate with Production, Quality, and Marketing teams
• Ensure compliance with food safety regulations (SFDA, GSO, Codex)
• Introduce automation and process improvements
• Manage products including jelly, cake mixes, custard powder, vanilla powder, baking powder, cocoa powder, crème caramel, corn starch, coffee powder
