We are hiring for Hygiene Officers

Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Food Science, Food Technology, Microbiology, Hospitality Management, Environmental Health, or a related field. HACCP certification is mandatory/preferred, with additional Food Safety, Food Hygiene, or ISO 22000 certification considered an advantage. Minimum 3–5 years of relevant experience as a Hygiene Officer, Food Safety Officer, or similar role in industrial catering, camp catering, large-scale catering, hotels, or food service operations. Strong knowledge of HACCP principles, food hygiene, sanitation, cross-contamination control, temperature monitoring, and food safety management systems.
