Job Description
PROJECT MANAGER
Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering or Piping Engineering. Minimum 10–15 years of experience in Oil & Gas, EPC, or Industrial Construction projects Minimum 5–10 years of experience as a Project Manager on ARAMCO projects. Proven experience in cross-country pipelines, plant piping, utility networks, and associated civil/mechanical works. Experience managing pipeline installation, piping fabrication, erection, hydro testing, flushing, reinstatement, and commissioning. Experience with utility projects, including water, firewater, sewer, storm water, compressed air, and underground utility networks. Strong knowledge of QA/QC requirements; familiar with project planning software such as Primavera P6 and Microsoft Project. Good knowledge of contract administration, progress reporting, and project documentation. Valid GCC/KSA Driving License preferred
HSE ENGINEER
Bachelor's Degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Civil, Electrical, Industrial, or equivalent)10 Minimum 3–5 years of exp on Saudi Aramco and/or SEC projects. NEBOSH IGC is mandatory. OSHA 30-Hour, IOSH Managing Safely, or equivalent HSE certifications are preferred. Proficient in conducting Risk Assessments (RA), Job Safety Analysis (JSA), Hazard Identification (HIRA), Tool Box Talks (TBT), and Incident Investigations. Capable of conducting HSE inspections, audits, and compliance monitoring. Experience in emergency response planning, fire prevention, environmental protection, and occupational health. Ability to prepare HSE reports, KPIs, weekly/monthly safety statistics, and client documentation. Strong leadership, communication, and training skills. Valid GCC/KSA Driving License preferred
