Minimum 4–5 years of experience as an Indian Cuisine Cook, preferably in a hotel or restaurant. Good knowledge of North Indian and South Indian cuisine. Familiarity with food hygiene and HACCP standards. Physically fit and willing to work flexible shifts. Prepare and cook a variety of Indian dishes, including curries, biryanis, tandoori items, breads, snacks, and desserts. Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in the kitchen in accordance with food safety standards. Operate kitchen equipment safely and report any maintenance issues.
