Job Description
Driving Instructors Compensation & Employment Terms
Light Vehicle & Motorbike Driving Instructors:
- Basic Salary: QAR 1,000
- Food Allowance: QAR 300
- Cost of Living Allowance / Other Allowances: QAR 700
- Accommodation and transportation provided by the company
- Health Card provided by the company
- Bonus as per student passing percentage
Heavy Vehicle Driving Instructors:
- Basic Salary: QAR 1,000
- Food Allowance: QAR 300
- Cost of Living Allowance / Other Allowances: QAR 700
- Accommodation and transportation provided by the company
- Health Card provided by the company
- Bonus as per student passing percentage
Salary Adjustment: Upon completion of 6 months and issuance of Instructor License, an additional QAR 200 will be added, bringing the total salary to QAR 2,200.
Training Period (First 3 Months): Food allowance of QAR 450 only. Upon successful completion and passing all required tests, full salary package is granted. In case of failure, staff receives QAR 450 monthly until Instructor License is obtained.
Contract Completion Benefits (Initial 24 months): Two-way air ticket allowance and additional QAR 260 added to food allowance for returning instructors after vacation.
