# JOB DESCRIPTION – SAUDI ARABIA **BOMBAY TRAVEL SERVICE** **License No.: B-0609/MUM/PER/1000+/5/1849/85** **URGENT REQUIREMENT FOR A REPUTED COMPANY – SAUDI ARABIA** --- ## 1. DDC TECHNICIAN / BMS TECHNICIAN **Vacancies:** 10 **Salary:** SAR 3,200 **Benefits:** Basic + SAR 300 Food Allowance + Accommodation + Transportation (FAT) ### Job Summary Responsible for installation, commissioning, troubleshooting, operation, and maintenance of **Building Management Systems (BMS)** and **Direct Digital Control (DDC)** systems in commercial and industrial facilities. ### Key Responsibilities * Install, configure, test, commission, and maintain DDC controllers and BMS systems. * Troubleshoot BMS control panels, sensors, actuators, controllers, and communication networks. * Monitor HVAC equipment and building automation systems through BMS platforms. * Perform preventive and corrective maintenance of DDC/BMS systems. * Diagnose system faults and implement effective corrective actions. * Assist with BMS integration, programming, point testing, and commissioning. * Maintain technical records, service reports, and maintenance documentation. * Coordinate with HVAC, electrical, and facility-management teams. * Ensure systems operate safely, efficiently, and according to project requirements. ### Qualification & Experience * Diploma in **Instrumentation, Automation, Electronics**, or a related technical field. * **4–6 years of experience** working with BMS systems and DDC controllers. * Hands-on experience in installation, troubleshooting, commissioning, and maintenance of DDC/BMS systems. * Knowledge of HVAC control systems and building automation is preferred. * Previous experience on **Saudi Aramco projects** is an advantage. --- # 2.
