SMART ENTERPRISES APPROVED BY MINISTRY OF EXTERNAL AFFAIRS OF INDIA RA 9092 – TRUSTED & RELIABLE RECRUITMENT S PASS – QUALITY ASSURANCE (QA) ENGINEER SINGAPORE Industry: Shipbuilding Supplier Position: Quality Assurance (QA) Engineer Must Have: CSWIP 3.1 Welding Certificate SALARY & BENEFITS Basic Salary: SGD 1,400 – 1,600/month Salary Increment: SGD 300 after 6 months (subject to performance) Accommodation: SGD 300 housing allowance or company dormitory provided Same benefits as local Singapore employees Public holidays Paid annual leave Year-end bonus (subject to company policy and performance) WORKING HOURS Monday – Friday: 8:00 AM – 5:30 PM Saturday: 8:00 AM – 12:00 PM Rest Days: 6 days per month Overtime: None JOB RESPONSIBILITIES Monitor and maintain product quality standards Identify and resolve quality-related issues Prepare and maintain quality assurance reports Communicate with production teams and clients regarding quality matters Ensure compliance with company quality procedures and quality standards REQUIREMENTS Age: 25–45 years Degree or Diploma in Mechanical Engineering, Mechatronics, Automation, or a related Engineering field Fresh graduates are welcome to apply Intelligent, eager to learn, and willing to grow with the company Good command of spoken and written English SUITABLE FOR Engineering graduates and candidates interested in building a career in Quality Assurance within the shipbuilding industry.
