JOB REQUIREMENTS & SCOPE Handle Full Set of Accounts, including data entry and maintaining accurate ledgers. Handle Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR), including invoices, payments and collections. Perform Bank & Account Reconciliations and resolve discrepancies. Assist with Quarterly GST Filing. Participate in Quarterly Stock Count and maintain inventory records. Assist with Monthly Closing, preparation of financial statements and audit schedules. Liaise with External Auditors and provide required documents/data for audits. Common Accounting Responsibilities: General Ledger Accounts Payable (AP) Accounts Receivable (AR) Bank Reconciliation GST Payroll & Salary Entries Fixed Assets Inventory / Stock Accruals & Prepayments Revenue & Expenses Audit Schedules Other accounting and ad hoc duties as assigned.
