SALARY & BENEFITS Basic Salary: SGD 1,500 / Month Housing Allowance: SGD 500 / Month Working Hours: 44 Hours per Week JOB REQUIREMENTS Previous SMT Operator experience is mandatory. Experience in SMT production / PCB assembly. Able to operate and monitor SMT production machines. Familiar with component loading, feeder setup and production processes. Able to monitor production quality and identify basic defects. Able to troubleshoot minor machine issues and production errors. Able to follow production procedures and safety requirements. Responsible, hardworking and willing to follow company requirements. JOB RESPONSIBILITIES Set up and operate SMT production equipment. Load component reels and prepare feeders. Monitor automated PCB assembly processes. Check component placement and soldering quality. Perform basic troubleshooting and machine adjustments. Maintain a clean and safe production environment.
