Instrument Engineer - Core Turnaround End User Team

Contract Duration: 6 months (Extendable)

Working Days: 5 days per week

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan, review and coordinate instrumentation turnaround/shutdown work scopes and execution activities
• Provide technical support for instrumentation maintenance, calibration, testing, replacement, commissioning, and start-up
• Coordinate with Operations, Maintenance, Engineering, HSE, contractors and specialist vendors
• Support DCS, PLC, ESD/SIS, F&G, control valves, transmitters, analyzers and critical instrumentation
• Monitor turnaround progress, resolve technical issues and ensure timely completion of work
• Support loop checking, functional testing, interlock/cause-and-effect testing and system restoration
• Ensure compliance with plant standards, HSE requirements, PTW/LOTO, quality procedures and turnaround schedules
• Review punch lists, documentation, testing records and final handover
