Diesel Engine Manager / Senior Engine Supervisor - Two-Stroke Marine Diesel Engines

Shipyard project long-term position for two-stroke marine diesel engines. Lead overhauls, repairs, troubleshooting and commissioning of main engines. Diagnose electronic control, hydraulic and common-rail systems. Supervise piston, liner, bearing, crankshaft and turbocharger inspection. Perform performance testing, cylinder balancing and timing checks. Lead and develop technical teams ensuring HSE, quality and class compliance. Prepare method statements, risk assessments, job scopes and reports. Attend client meetings, class surveys and provide technical solutions.
