Position: Machine Operator (Extrusion & Injection) at Greece
Salary: € 900 – € 1,000 per month + Overtime
Visa Period: Long Term (12 Months)
Qualification: ITI / Diploma / Skill Certificate in Plastics or relevant stream (or) Practical exp min 3 years
Language Skills: Basic English Speaking & Listening.
Experience: 0–3 years (Freshers welcome; 2–3 months paid training provided).
1. Job Summary
Operate extrusion and injection moulding machines to produce plastic pipes and fittings while maintaining production and quality standards.
2. Key Responsibilities
• Start up and operate plastic machinery according to daily production orders while keeping hoppers filled with raw resin pellets.
• Adjust temperature, speed, and pressure, adjusting basic settings as directed by supervisors.
• Check finished pipes and fittings for cracks, surface flaws, or dimensional errors using basic measurement tools.
• Handle minor machine issues and maintain smooth production and cleanliness and follow safety procedures.
3. Roles & Responsibilities
• Production: Meet daily production targets and ensure smooth operations.
• Technical: Assist with basic machine issues and changeovers.
• Quality: Check products and identify defective items.
• Safety: Follow safety procedures and report hazards.
4. Skills & Competencies
• Basic knowledge of industrial machinery.
• Physically fit and comfortable working in shifts.
• Basic communication skills and willingness to learn.
• Punctual, reliable and safety-conscious.
5. Work Conditions
• Factory environment with machine noise, heat and dust.
• Rotational shifts, PPE and safety procedures required.
• Standing and manual handling as required.
