MEP Engineer (Operations & Maintenance) - Hospital Maintenance Project

Excellent career opportunity in Saudi Arabia with Zahran Company for a Hospital Maintenance Project.

Job Responsibilities:

• Supervise and monitor daily operation of MEP systems and equipment
• Plan and execute preventive, corrective and emergency maintenance
• Inspect MEP equipment and identify faults, defects and potential failures
• Troubleshoot Electrical, Mechanical, HVAC and Plumbing systems
• Coordinate with technicians, subcontractors and specialist service providers
• Review maintenance reports, work orders and equipment readings
• Handle emergency breakdowns and ensure timely rectification
• Coordinate with the client/facility management team on maintenance activities
• Ensure compliance with O&M procedures, safety requirements and manufacturer recommendations
