# PRODUCTION OPERATOR – LEATHER ASSEMBLY ### Job Location **Kosice, Slovakia** ### Selection Mode **Online Interview** ### GCC Experience **Mandatory** ## Job Description * Candidates must have a **High School Diploma or equivalent**. * Minimum **5 years of relevant experience** in automotive manufacturing, leather goods, upholstery, or assembly work. * The Production Operator – Leather Assembly is responsible for **assembling, fitting, and finishing leather components** used in automobile interiors. * Work involves following production line directions, quality standards, and ensuring leather parts are assembled accurately and efficiently. ### Key Responsibilities * Assemble leather components for vehicle interiors such as **seats, steering wheels, door panels, armrests, and gear shift covers**. * Cut, stitch, glue, wrap, and fit leather materials according to production specifications. * Operate hand tools, pneumatic tools, and basic assembly equipment safely. * Inspect leather parts for defects such as **scratches, wrinkles, colour variations, or stitching issues**. * Follow work instructions, engineering drawings, and quality standards. --- # SALARY & EMPLOYMENT DETAILS **Net Salary:** €806.56 **Working Hours:** 7.5 hours per day + 0.5-hour lunch break, totaling 8 hours per day. **Working Days:** 5 days per week, occasionally 6 days if work falls on Saturdays, upon agreement with the worker. **Shift Pattern:** 3 shifts – Morning, Afternoon & Night **Overtime:** Available **Overtime Rate / Calculation:** Hourly salary (€5.61) + average minimum hourly charge (€5.259) × 7.5 working hours + 50% of the sum. **Weekend Work:** Occasionally, upon agreement, maximum 2 times per month. **Contract Duration:** 1 year **Probation Period:** 3 months --- # ACCOMMODATION & BENEFITS **Accommodation:** Provided **Accommodation Type:** Shared **Persons Per Room:** 2 **Single Bed for Each Employee:** Yes **Kitchen:** Available – Canteen **Kitchen Utensils:** Provided **Laundry Facilities:** Available **Food Arrangement:** Self-food / Food vouchers from employer **Food Voucher:** €5.78 per day **Food Allowance:** €173.40 per month **Transportation:** Provided **Uniform / PPE:** Provided – Safety shoes and T-shirts **Medical Insurance:** Provided **Annual Leave:** Applicable after 1 year and thereafter according to Slovak labour law. ### Special Skills / Experience Required No special skills required, but candidates should have **good eyesight** and be physically suitable for the work. --- ### Document Requirements 1.
