URGENT REQUIREMENT FOR RYZE ELEVEN

1. Team Leader – Elevator / Escalator Qualification: Diploma / ITI in Electrical, Mechanical, Electronics or Elevator Technology. Experience: Minimum 5–8 years in elevator/escalator installation, maintenance or modernization, including 2+ years in a team-lead/supervisory role. Strong knowledge of elevator mechanical and electrical systems, controllers, motors, drives, safety devices and troubleshooting. Ability to read electrical wiring diagrams, mechanical drawings and manuals. Experience in preventive and corrective maintenance, installation, testing and commissioning. Good English communication and ability to lead technicians independently. Saudi/GCC elevator experience and driving license preferred. 2. Mechanical Technician – Elevator / Escalator Qualification: ITI / Diploma in Mechanical Engineering, Fitter or Elevator Technology. Experience: Minimum 3–5 years in elevator/escalator mechanical installation, maintenance or servicing. Hands-on experience with elevator machines, gearboxes, brakes, sheaves, ropes, pulleys, guide rails, doors and mechanical safety systems. Ability to perform preventive maintenance, breakdown troubleshooting, alignment and component replacement. Ability to read mechanical drawings and equipment manuals. Good English communication; Saudi/GCC experience preferred. 3. Electrical Technician – Elevator / Escalator Qualification: ITI / Diploma in Electrical, Electronics or Elevator Technology. Experience: Minimum 3–5 years in elevator/escalator electrical installation, maintenance or servicing. Hands-on experience with control panels, motors, VFDs/drives, sensors, relays, contactors, safety circuits and elevator controllers. Ability to read and troubleshoot electrical wiring diagrams and control circuits. Experience in preventive maintenance, fault finding, testing and commissioning. Good English communication; Saudi/GCC experience preferred.
