Minimum 7–10 years of lifting operations experience in oil and gas projects, including experience preparing and approving lifting plans. UAE experience and ADNOC-approved APLO status are preferred. Develops lifting studies and plans, selects cranes and lifting accessories, verifies load descriptions and site conditions, briefs lifting teams, and controls critical and routine lifts according to HSE requirements. AutoCAD proficiency is required.
