Position: Camp Boss

Experience Required: 5-6 Years

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage worker accommodation & camp operations
• Supervise housekeeping, catering & hygiene
• Handle room allocation, records & inventory
• Coordinate maintenance, transport & security
• Manage worker welfare & complaints
• Ensure water, electricity & essential facilities
• Conduct camp inspections & HSE compliance
• Coordinate with HR, Admin & Site teams
• Handle emergencies & daily camp issues
