SMART ENTERPRISES APPROVED BY MINISTRY OF EXTERNAL AFFAIRS RA 9092 WE ARE HIRING FOR OMAN SALES EXECUTIVE – SPARE PARTS (LIGHT VEHICLES) SALARY: OMR 200 JOB DETAILS - Contract: 2 Years - Working Hours: 9 Hours / Day - Accommodation: Provided - Overtime: Provided - Weekly Off: 1 Day JOB RESPONSIBILITIES 1. Ensure all necessary parts are stocked and ready for purchase. 2. Order new parts from catalog as needed. 3. Determine replacement parts required, according to inspections of old parts, customer requests, or customers' descriptions of malfunctions. 4. Look over machines, products, or cars to determine what part is needed. 5. Locate other vendors who have the part if it isn't carried in the store. 6. Recommend substitute parts or show customers how to modify parts. 7. Examine parts for defects. 8. Exchange defective parts. 9. Check out customers. 10. Take cash, check, or credit card for purchases and dispense change. 11. Take inventory of stock and replenish when needed. 12. Take orders over the phone. 13. Sell parts to repair garages, retail shops, truck and bus companies, dealers, and the public. 14. Measure parts using precision measuring instruments to determine whether similar parts may be machined to the required size. 15. Mark and store parts in the stockroom according to a prearranged system. 16. Set up merchandise for display. 17. Answer customers' questions or problems. 18. Use knowledge of machines and equipment to discuss the use and features of parts. 19. Look up stock numbers and prices for parts in catalogs or on computers. 20. Receive and deliver parts to customers. REQUIREMENTS - Minimum 2 years of experience in spare parts sales.
