𝐔𝐑𝐆𝐄𝐍𝐓 𝐑𝐄𝐐𝐔𝐈𝐑𝐄𝐌𝐄𝐍𝐓 – 𝐏𝐑𝐎𝐉𝐄𝐂𝐓 𝐄𝐍𝐆𝐈𝐍𝐄𝐄𝐑 𝐂𝐔𝐌 𝐐𝐔𝐀𝐍𝐓𝐈𝐓𝐘 𝐒𝐔𝐑𝐕𝐄𝐘𝐎𝐑 (𝐐𝐒) 𝐏𝐨𝐬𝐢𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧: Project Engineer Cum Quantity Surveyor (QS) 𝐂𝐑𝐏𝐄𝐏 𝐑𝐞𝐠𝐢𝐬𝐭𝐫𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧: Valid CRPEP License – Category A/B/C is mandatory 𝐐𝐮𝐚𝐥𝐢𝐟𝐢𝐜𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧: B.Sc. / B.E. in Civil Engineering 𝐄𝐱𝐩𝐞𝐫𝐢𝐞𝐧𝐜𝐞: Minimum 5–8 years of experience in commercial & industrial projects 𝐋𝐨𝐜𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧: Bahrain / GCC experience preferred 𝐃𝐫𝐢𝐯𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐋𝐢𝐜𝐞𝐧𝐬𝐞: Valid Bahrain Driving License preferred 𝐀𝐯𝐚𝐢𝐥𝐚𝐛𝐢𝐥𝐢𝐭𝐲: Immediate joiners preferred 𝐊𝐞𝐲 𝐑𝐞𝐬𝐩𝐨𝐧𝐬𝐢𝐛𝐢𝐥𝐢𝐭𝐢𝐞𝐬: * Conduct site inspections and monitor daily site activities and progress. * Prepare work schedules and coordinate with subcontractors. * Handle quantity measurements, material take-offs, and cost control. * Prepare client progress billing and review subcontractor claims. * Prepare BOQs and tender estimations. * Prepare and manage Payment Certificates (IPCs). * Draft and evaluate Variation Orders. * Conduct structural evaluation and cost reconciliation. * Coordinate effectively between site execution and office-based estimation/QS activities.
