HSE Officer

Urgent requirement for HSE Officers in UAE for direct client placement. Job Responsibilities:

• Assist the HSE Manager / Senior HSE Officer in daily operations
• Implement the company's IMS (HSE aspects) throughout the project
• Ensure that all company and subcontractor activities comply with HSE policies and procedures
• Conduct safety inductions and toolbox talks and ensure appropriate hazard controls and contingency arrangements are in place
• Assist in investigating and reporting accidents, incidents and near misses
• Take prompt corrective action and report potential HSE hazards to the HSE Manager
• Participate in scheduled meetings, emergency exercises, inspections and audits
• Respond promptly to reports of non-compliance, unsafe conditions, accidents and near misses
• Follow up and close out corrective actions arising from operational activities, incidents, inspections and audits
• Provide guidance and support to Assistant HSE Officers
• Perform other related duties as assigned
