Production Control - Part Leader (Process Management)

Purpose: Implement the process completion of body produced by shop and manage the process of non operation problems in all factories.

Responsibilities:

• Identify the conformity of Body or Vehicle information in WBS and PBS process etc and Report system completion - White Body Storage, Painted Body Storage
• If a problem occurs during the process completion, take action to resolve the problem
• Manage intensive input of color vehicles in the Paint plant
• When a problem car occurs in the PBS process, hold the problem car input and insert the car after checking the problem-solving
• In the event of a non-operation problem by shop, identify the problem/cause and report to the head of the process urgently
• Issue a factory productivity report by summarizing production performance and non-operation status
