Heavy Equipment Mechanic

Heavy Equipment Mechanic: Diagnose, repair, and maintain heavy equipment and machinery. Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on excavators, loaders, bulldozers, cranes, forklifts, and other construction equipment. Troubleshoot hydraulic, mechanical, electrical, and pneumatic systems. Inspect engines, transmissions, hydraulic systems, braking systems, and undercarriage components. Conduct engine overhauling, component replacement, and mechanical repairs. Maintain accurate records of repairs, inspections, and maintenance activities.

Pressure Pumping Supervisor: Supervise and coordinate pressure pumping operations at well sites. Plan and execute pressure pumping activities in accordance with approved procedures and client requirements. Operate and monitor high-pressure fluid pumps, nitrogen pumping systems, and related equipment. Monitor real-time pumping parameters including pressure, rate, density, and volumes. Conduct equipment checks and ensure operational readiness before starting jobs. Coordinate with client representatives and other service providers. Lead pre-job safety meetings and hazard identification activities.

Mechanical Engineer: Metal Fabrication: Manage and supervise mechanical design and metal fabrication activities. Prepare and review fabrication drawings, layouts, and technical documentation. Plan fabrication activities, manpower, materials, equipment, and production schedules. Supervise fabrication of structural and mechanical components. Ensure proper selection and utilization of materials, welding processes, and fabrication methods. Monitor fabrication quality, dimensions, tolerances, and workmanship. Coordinate inspection and testing activities with the QC/QA team.
