Chiller Technician: Installation, operation & maintenance of chillers; Troubleshooting & repair of chiller systems; Preventive maintenance & system performance check
BMS Technician: Operate & maintain BMS (Building Management System); Monitoring, troubleshooting & programming support; Ensure smooth operation of building systems
HVAC Technician: Installation & maintenance of HVAC systems; Troubleshooting of AHU, FCU, ducting & ventilation; Preventive maintenance & system efficiency check
AC Technician: Servicing & maintenance of split, window & package AC; Troubleshooting electrical & mechanical faults; Routine preventive maintenance
VRF Technician: Installation & maintenance of VRF/VRV systems; Troubleshooting of indoor & outdoor units; System configuration & performance optimization
ELV Technician: Installation & maintenance of ELV systems; CCTV, Access Control, PARRY, MATV systems; Troubleshooting & system testing
