Key Responsibilities • Perform preventive and corrective maintenance for mechanical machinery and equipment in the Rendering Plant. • Inspect equipment regularly to identify mechanical faults, abnormalities, and potential failures. • Troubleshoot mechanical breakdowns and carry out necessary repairs in a timely manner. • Maintain and repair pumps, conveyors, motors, gearboxes, bearings, valves, and other mechanical equipment. • Monitor equipment performance and identify opportunities to improve reliability and efficiency. • Assist in the installation, alignment, commissioning, and calibration of new mechanical equipment. • Conduct routine inspections and ensure machinery is operating safely and efficiently. • Replace worn or damaged mechanical components and ensure proper equipment functionality. • Maintain accurate maintenance records, inspection reports, and breakdown history. • Coordinate with Production and other Maintenance team members to minimize production interruptions. • Follow preventive maintenance schedules and ensure all assigned tasks are completed on time
