Job Description
Grill / Tandoor Chef: Candidate must have good knowledge of kebab & chicken items.
Salad Maker: Kitchen food prep worker; washes, cuts and makes fresh fruits and vegetables, makes dressings and assembles cold dishes / salads according to recipes and food safety rules.
Dispatcher cum Waiter: Packs meals correctly, hands orders to drivers, tracks delivery times, bridges kitchen and drivers, and supports waiter duties.
Waiter: Age limit 22-35 years. Candidate must have relevant experience.
Steward (Dish Washer): Good English communication skills mandatory. Safe dish-washing clean dish area, proper chemical/PPE practices, waste removal and machine reporting.
