ITI or Diploma required. 2. Minimum 3–5 years of experience. 3. Inspect buildings and machinery regularly. 4. Change air filters, replace light bulbs, and oil moving parts. 5. Repair broken pipes, leaking faucets, faulty electrical outlets, and damaged drywall or paint. 6. Test fire alarms, emergency lights, and security systems. 7. Diagnose heating, cooling, plumbing, and electrical issues. 8. Maintain work orders, track spare parts, and report major problems to management. Terms & Conditions - Duty: 8 hours per day. - Working Days: 28 days per month. - Overtime: Available for extra hours and days. - Accommodation: Provided by the company.
